Leading an inspiring a team of QA engineers while establishing quality processes and fostering a culture of innovation that keeps a high bar for delivering unparallel product quality. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering You have 8+ years leading a QE team, with track record of managing and delivering large scale projects including software features and new platforms You have proven excellence in leading the investigation efforts post product launch You have a proficient understanding of the Bluetooth suite of protocols Excellent analytical and debugging skills Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering You have 12+ years of experience in cellular, satellite, WiFi/BT testing, with deep understanding of SW/FW validation processes and overall software development cycles You have an In-depth understanding and strong hands-on experience on building, deploying and updating test beds You have strong experience in system-level testing of radio co-existence (e.g.Cellular, Satellite, WIFI) in embedded devices Proven excellence in leading the investigation efforts post product launch Proficient understanding of the wireless suite of protocols Excellent analytical and debugging skills Succeed in a collaborative environment and can clearly communicate while driving multiple projects across many teams Highly organized, creative, motivated, and passionate about achieving results
