Staff Software Engineer, Backend (Consumer - Advanced Trading)

You will power high-performance, highly available systems for traders worldwide. You will architect robust backend systems that support many instrument types (Spot, Futures, Perpetual Futures, and more). You will collaborate closely with product and design to deliver a best-in-class product experience. You will provide technical guidance and career mentorship to engineers and anchor complex projects. You will translate ideas into tangible, high-value features for customers.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in software engineering
• Design, build, scale, and maintain production services over time
• Maintain a high bar for product excellence with comprehensive observability

• Demonstrate responsible use of generative AI tools and apply human-in-the-loop practices
