Store Manager
Job Requirements
Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (Native level required for effective communication and customer relations).
Experience: Minimum 3 years of management experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and store management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle flexible retail/F&B hours.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the outlet.
Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer service standards.
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and ensure proper visual merchandising.
Handle customer feedback and resolve any store-level issues professionally.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with all operating standards, as well as health and safety regulations.
