Store Manager

Job Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (Native level required for effective communication and customer relations).

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of management experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is highly preferred.

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and store management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle flexible retail/F&B hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the outlet.

  • Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer service standards.

  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and ensure proper visual merchandising.

  • Handle customer feedback and resolve any store-level issues professionally.

  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.

  • Ensure compliance with all operating standards, as well as health and safety regulations.
