Store Planning Executive (Contract) - Retail MNC/Town/S$5000

Leading premium lifestyle brand is seeking a Store Planning Executive to support store design and development projects across the region. This role will play a key part in coordinating store planning initiatives, ensuring smooth project execution, and maintaining strong communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate store design projects, tracking timelines, deliverables, and post-renovation follow-ups.
• Maintain and organise project documentation including design briefs, drawings, and contracts.
• Liaise with internal teams such as procurement, construction, and visual merchandising.
• Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and contractors on design execution.
• Support procurement processes, including purchase orders, invoice tracking, and budget monitoring.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain accurate project records.
• Assist in sample coordination, mock-ups, and store visits.

Key Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in project coordination or construction/design-related roles, preferably in retail.
• Familiarity with design drawings and store planning processes.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
