What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborate closely with leaders and stakeholders to deliver people-focused solutions that support business objectives and long-term growth.
  • Champion HR initiatives, ensuring policies, practices, and procedures are implemented consistently and effectively across the organisation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on workplace matters, employee development, and people management strategies.
  • Lead employee relations initiatives, including workplace investigations, issue resolution, coaching, and conflict management.
  • Foster a positive and engaged work environment by strengthening communication, trust, and collaboration across teams.
  • Support talent acquisition and workforce planning efforts to ensure the organisation attracts and retains top talent.
  • Equip managers with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to effectively manage and develop their teams.
  • Partner with HR colleagues to design and implement initiatives that enhance employee experience and organisational effectiveness.
  • Analyse workforce trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend actionable HR solutions.
  • Contribute to strategic planning discussions as a key HR representative within the management team.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives that drive continuous improvement and business success.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across various levels.
  • Experience handling employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong organisational skills.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
