Strategy and Operations Manager

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Finance to turn strategy into execution and to scale operations across products funds and tokenisation initiatives. You will own cross functional initiatives end to end, identify dependencies and blockers, and drive delivery. You will maintain clear, structured documentation and communicate priorities, timelines, and expectations with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale operational foundations by designing and implementing robust compliant and scalable models to support products funds and tokenisation initiatives from launch through growth
• Drive execution in a fast moving environment by owning cross functional initiatives end to end, proactively identifying dependencies and blockers and driving delivery across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Commercial teams
• Optimise, standardise, and automate for scale by identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies and introducing standardisation and automation that enables growth without unnecessary complexity
• Act as a connective layer across the business by ensuring end to end alignment with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Finance, and Business teams to support operational readiness and delivery
• Create clarity through documentation and communication by maintaining clear, structured documentation and engaging stakeholders with confident pragmatic communication to align on priorities timelines and expectations

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in strategy, operations, product, consulting, or a related role within financial services, or a technology driven environment
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to turn complex issues into practical solutions
• Experience building or improving operational processes, particularly in fast growing or early stage environments
• A proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives forward without needing constant direction
• Exposure to investment funds, alternative assets, capital markets, or fund operations is beneficial
