About the Student Care Role

Yew Tree Academy @ Yew Tee provides a caring and structured after-school environment for primary school children.
We’re looking for teachers who enjoy guiding students in their daily routines, homework, and character development within a safe, engaging setting.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and care for students during after-school hours
• Provide homework guidance and academic support
• Conduct English enrichment lessons and language-based activities
• Facilitate character-building and developmental programmes
• Maintain student discipline and safety
• Communicate with parents and work closely with team members
• Support daily centre operations and routines

Working Hours & Benefits

• Salary: $1,600 – $2,400, depending on qualifications and experience
• Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 7:00pm
• Rotating shifts during school holidays (between 7:00am – 7:00pm)
• Daily lunch and tea provided
• Medical reimbursement

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience in student care, teaching, childcare, or enrichment teaching preferred
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Responsible, patient, and enjoys working with children
• Good communication and teamwork skills
