Supervisor Front Services- Full Time (Harrah's Atlantic City)


• Responsible for the day to day activities of the Front Services area of the Hotel for Harrah’s Atlantic City

Assists with scheduling at proper staffing levels to ensure a cost efficient, productive environment
• Ensures that customer problems/complaints are handled in an effective, courteous manner
• Responsible for the motivation, continual training and empowerment of employees
• Ensures that all staff behavior and appearance are in compliance with established policy
• Coordinates recovery efforts with Security and Risk Management
• Handles vehicle problems/complaint reports according to established procedure
• Ensures cleanliness, organization and safe condition of hotel entrance, valet and storage areas
• Maintains knowledge of hotel, community and special events in order to provide guests with needed information
• Maintains accurate employee records and files

High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate required. Two years front services experience. Must possess a valid New Jersey driver's license.

Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.

NJ CER LICENSE REQUIRED
