- Learn and cultivate the right culture and team spirit within the Outlet and Company
- Report to and support the Operations Manager / Outlet Supervisor in his / her duties in running the Outlet(s)
- Implement workflows and processes to ensure smooth operation of the outlet for both dine-in and delivery
- Identify and rectify any operational faults that occur at the Outlet, implementing improvements (with approval from Management) when necessary
- Assist in training all new staff (part time or full time) on all aspects of the front of house operations as per the Company’s service standards
- Assist in scheduling of manpower to ensure that the Outlet has sufficient manpower to operate smoothly and efficiently
- Work closely with Operations Manager / Outlet Supervisor to identify opportunities for improvement as well as an operational faults at the Outlet
- Ensure that food and beverages are served with outstanding quality and presentation adhering to the recipe guidelines and presentation standards at all times
- Constantly check and handle basic customer feedback regarding quality and presentation of food and beverages
- Engage customers and manage feedback, including providing the relevant service recovery, regarding quality and presentation of food and beverages as well as level of service
- Perform daily housekeeping duties including cleaning and disinfecting designated and common areas as well as cleaning and performing preventive maintenance on service equipment along with the team
- Ensure all systems are updated including point-of-sales, own and partner delivery platforms, music platform
- Ensure the outlet is always stocked with the necessities including packaging, collaterals and materials
