Job Summary

Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance while leading and developing staff, managing customer interactions, and supporting management in meeting operational and sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards
  • Assign duties and monitor employee performance to maintain productivity and service quality
  • Provide training and guidance to new and existing staff to enhance skills and adherence to procedures
  • Prepare staff schedules and arrange manpower to meet operational demands
  • Enforce company procedures, safety rules, and service standards among employees
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Monitor stock levels, equipment condition, and workplace cleanliness to support smooth operations
  • Prepare basic operational reports and update management on daily activities and issues
  • Assist management in achieving operational and sales targets through effective team coordination
  • Perform other duties assigned by management to support business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Relevant supervisory experience preferred
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • Responsible, organised, and able to solve problems independently
  • Able to manage staff and work under pressure
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
