Job Summary
Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance while leading and developing staff, managing customer interactions, and supporting management in meeting operational and sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards
- Assign duties and monitor employee performance to maintain productivity and service quality
- Provide training and guidance to new and existing staff to enhance skills and adherence to procedures
- Prepare staff schedules and arrange manpower to meet operational demands
- Enforce company procedures, safety rules, and service standards among employees
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain customer satisfaction
- Monitor stock levels, equipment condition, and workplace cleanliness to support smooth operations
- Prepare basic operational reports and update management on daily activities and issues
- Assist management in achieving operational and sales targets through effective team coordination
- Perform other duties assigned by management to support business needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Relevant supervisory experience preferred
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Responsible, organised, and able to solve problems independently
- Able to manage staff and work under pressure
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
