Supervisory Management and Program Analyst

This position is located in the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Government National Mortgage Association Ginnie Mae, Office of Management Operations, Administrative Management Division.

This position is located in the Government National Mortgage Association (Ginnie Mae), Office of Management Operations, Administrative Management Division. Ginnie Mae is a wholly owned government corporation created to help expand homeownership opportunities for low and moderate-income Americans, by linking global capital markets to the nation's housing markets. As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will: - Lead the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of administrative management programs across approximately 27 functional workflows. - Serve as first-level supervisor for a team of GS-13 Management and Program Analysts and Administrative Staff Specialists. - Develop, interpret, and implement administrative policies and procedures affecting GNMA, AMD, and agency-wide operations. - Serve as a principal liaison with eight GNMA program offices and HUD-wide and external stakeholders. - Oversee administrative internal control processes and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

The official duty station for this position will be in Alexandria, Virginia. Failure to report to duty at this location may be grounds for a disciplinary action, including removal. Key Requirements: Must be U.S. Citizen or U.S. National. A probationary or trial period may be required. Continued employment is contingent upon supervisory certification that continued employment will benefit the Federal Service; the certification will occur no less than 30 days before the end of the probationary/trial period. A one year supervisory or managerial probationary period may be required. Must successfully complete a background investigation. Public Trust - Background Investigation will be required. Complete a Declaration for Federal Employment to determine your suitability for Federal employment, at the time requested by the agency.
