SDR Care is seeking a Supported Living Manager to lead a bespoke supported living service in Worthing, supporting a young individual with autism, a learning disability, complex health needs, including epilepsy.

About the Role


As Supported Living Manager, you will take full responsibility for the leadership, development, and day-to-day running of a highly personalised supported living service.


You will:

  • Lead, support, and develop a dedicated care team
  • Ensure high-quality, consistent person-centred support
  • Promote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes
  • Maintain full CQC compliance and regulatory standards
  • Oversee care planning, audits, and service quality
  • Build strong relationships with the individual, family, and professionals
  • Create and maintain a calm, structured, and positive service culture

About You

We are looking for a confident and experienced leader who has:

✔ Experience as a Supported Living Manager, Registered Manager, or Deputy Manager
✔ Strong background in autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs
✔ Good understanding of CQC regulations and compliance standards
✔ Experience leading, supervising, and developing care teams
✔ Strong organisational and communication skills
✔ A calm, consistent, and values-driven leadership style
✔ A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
