We are recruiting Support Workers and Senior Support Workers to join our specialist supported living services in Worthing and Lancing, supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs.

Available Roles


Support Worker

£13.85 per hour

  • Full-time day shifts and part-time night shifts available
  • Driving licence required for day roles (held 1+ year)


Senior Support Worker

£14.75 per hour

  • Full-time day shifts
  • Driving licence required (held 1+ year)
  • Previous senior or leadership experience preferred


What You’ll Be Doing


You will provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs, helping people live more independently and enjoy fulfilling daily lives.


Every day is different and may include:

  • Supporting daily routines and life skills
  • Encouraging independence and confidence
  • Supporting emotional wellbeing
  • Assisting with community access and activities
  • Promoting positive outcomes and quality of life
  • Working closely with colleagues and professionals


Senior Support Workers will also:

  • Provide shift leadership and guidance
  • Mentor and support team members
  • Help maintain high standards of care and practice
