Key areas of work:

Main administration duties include:

a) Assisting with Insurance matters

b) Arranging for teleconsultations

c) Financial Counselling and collection of money

d) Inventory management

e) Calling patients – by phone, SMS/Watsapp or email for TCU and follow up


Other areas of work that this post may have to assist with:

1. Reception – Registration of Patients

2. Entering and record keeping in clinic software system

3. Dispensing of drugs

4. Assisting in Consultation Room and Procedures
