Talent Acquisition Analyst

We're not looking for a resume-screener. We're looking for someone who genuinely likes people even the ones who ghost after round 3, the ones who can't stop talking about their 5-year plan, and the ones who show up 20 minutes early and want to chat about your desk plant.

If you get a little buzz from matching the right human to the right opportunity, welcome. You might be our person.

  • Play detective + therapist: source candidates, reach out, and somehow convince strangers that this job is the best thing since their last vacation.
  • Screen applications and CVs — yes, including the ones where someone lists "Microsoft Word" as a skill in 2025.
  • Conduct first-round interviews and make candidates feel like a human is actually on the other end of the process (because you are).
  • Track everything in the ATS. Update pipelines. Send status emails. Be the glue.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand what they say they want vs. what they actually need.

Who you are

  • You can talk to anyone extrovert, introvert, the quiet engineer who answers only in monosyllables.
  • You're organised… mostly. You have a system. It might be chaotic to others, but it works for you.
  • Fresh grad? Absolutely welcome.
  • You're naturally curious about people what drives them, what they want, what they're scared to say.
  • Your written communication doesn't make people cringe. Bonus if it makes them smile.
