  • Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes and help coordinate interview schedules
  • Support posting and maintaining job openings across different platforms
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) records
  • Assist with recruitment events, university outreach, and employer branding initiatives
  • Prepare recruitment reports and support ad-hoc HR projects as needed
  • Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Advanced or fluent English (written and spoken) is required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ATS or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn and interest in talent acquisition and HR
