Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist Temporary

Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing the hiring and onboarding process for new hires to Transparent BPO. The process includes collecting and archiving candidate documentation for Payroll and Human Resources, managing the onboarding system, ensuring timely hiring, and requesting and tracking background checks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key rationale:

  • In-person government interactions: role must visit Belize agencies to submit/verify background checks.
  • Faster turnaround & fewer errors: local processing reduces timelines, rework, and start-date delays from time-zone and documentation issues.
  • Compliance & data handling: onsite handling of sensitive identity/tax documents mitigates cross-border data/privacy risks and aligns with Belize procedures.
  • File remediation: will contact former employees to complete missing records, improving historical data integrity and reducing future compliance exposure.

Core responsibilities:

  • Collect, validate and enter pre-hire documents into BHR (IDs, tax/SSN, background results).
  • Submit and follow up in person with government agencies for final clearances.
  • Remediate incomplete historical employee files.
  • Track KPIs (time-to-clearance, pre-hire completion rate, historical files closed) and report monthly.



REQUIREMENTS:

Education

  • High school graduate required.

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 months call center experience and/or experience in a similar recruitment/onboarding role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with background check procedures.
