Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Location: Gul (islandwide pickup)/One North Office (Candidates must be ok to travel both sites; depending on business needs)

Job Description:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, role expectations, and hiring priorities.

• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing, and recruitment agencies.

• Build strong talent pipelines for technical and specialized positions within high-tech manufacturing and technology-driven environments.

• Conduct candidate screening and assessment to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional stakeholder management throughout the hiring process.

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Human Resources/Business or similar w min 3 yrs of relevant talent acquisition experience, preferably in manufacturing sector
