Talent Acquisition Specialist (Vietnam)
- Own end to end recruitment with an average of 8-10 requisitions at a time, always iterating on processes and tracking data.
- Proactively source talent and build talent pipelines through active use of social media, and other creative recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to design job descriptions, interview questions, and assessments for each position
- Source and attract potential candidates through various channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Deliver consistent and standardized recruitment processes and identify the right channel to hire the best talents for the company
- Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build database/pipeline of candidates and the ATS company brand
- Review and analyze key recruitment metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
- Undergraduate/graduate in Human Resource, or other related disciplines
- 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment experience in IT related industries
- Highly passionate about recruiting and finding top talent in a competitive market using LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sources
- Experience in ATS or Business Intelligence tools is an advantage
- Experience with situational and behavioural based interviewing techniques.
- Comfortable working independently within a highly collaborative and changing work environment
