Talent Acquisition Specialist (Vietnam)

  • Own end to end recruitment with an average of 8-10 requisitions at a time, always iterating on processes and tracking data.
  • Proactively source talent and build talent pipelines through active use of social media, and other creative recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to design job descriptions, interview questions, and assessments for each position
  • Source and attract potential candidates through various channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Deliver consistent and standardized recruitment processes and identify the right channel to hire the best talents for the company
  • Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build database/pipeline of candidates and the ATS company brand
  • Review and analyze key recruitment metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Undergraduate/graduate in Human Resource, or other related disciplines
  • 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment experience in IT related industries
  • Highly passionate about recruiting and finding top talent in a competitive market using LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sources
  • Experience in ATS or Business Intelligence tools is an advantage
  • Experience with situational and behavioural based interviewing techniques.
  • Comfortable working independently within a highly collaborative and changing work environment
