(TAO) Sales Manager, Field Sales

Overall Job Purpose:

  • Develop and maintain local and surrounding clients in Qingdao.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients and secure contracts through methods such as phone calls, in-person visits, and online channels.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups, resolve transportation anomalies, and enhance customer conversion.
  • Be responsible for collecting accounts receivable and controlling the risk of bad debts.
  • Assist station head in conducting local market research and analysis, submit professional sales reports, and complete all tasks assigned by the leadership.


Essential Job Qualifications:

  • Education/Technical Skills:
    • Bachelor's degree or above.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Proficient in using Office software.
  • Knowledge/ Work Experience:
    • Experience in the freight forwarding industry is required; sales experience is preferred, and experience in international air and sea freight forwarding is a plus.
    • Ability to independently develop and maintain clients.
  • Key Behavioral Competencies:
