(TAO) Sales Manager, Field Sales
Overall Job Purpose:
- Develop and maintain local and surrounding clients in Qingdao.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients and secure contracts through methods such as phone calls, in-person visits, and online channels.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, resolve transportation anomalies, and enhance customer conversion.
- Be responsible for collecting accounts receivable and controlling the risk of bad debts.
- Assist station head in conducting local market research and analysis, submit professional sales reports, and complete all tasks assigned by the leadership.
Essential Job Qualifications:
- Education/Technical Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in using Office software.
- Knowledge/ Work Experience:
- Experience in the freight forwarding industry is required; sales experience is preferred, and experience in international air and sea freight forwarding is a plus.
- Ability to independently develop and maintain clients.
