LOGISTICS SALE MANAGER (VIET NAM) - Chinese Speaking Preferred
OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for developing new business to achieve the desired targets/ requirements and other assignments from Senior Sales Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the development of sales strategy.
- Responsible for leading the sales team in their efforts to meet sales targets and profitability goals as well as maintaining good relations with customers and suppliers.
- Making sure the sales team follows and operates within the guidelines of the Sales Goals and Action Plan.
- Responsible for carrying out sales activities and campaigns within the given segment.
- Generation of new business opportunities with own & existing customers.
- Provide all customer visits, opportunities, Sales Leads and any other customer, prospect information within Sales system.
- Deliver ambitiously agreed Sales target and share objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to achieve KPI’s.
- Liaise and co-ordinate with internal departments and the company’s network to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Monitor & coach the Sales team to expand their capabilities and build senior sales in the organization.
- Develop partnerships with shipping companies, forwarders, overseas agents to obtain competitive prices, good services, cargoes to exchange and consign to enrich the source of customers and increase profits.
- Weekly and Monthly reports to the Management.
- Perform other duties that assigned
ESSENTIAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduated from Economics, Commerce, Foreign Trade
- Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good English and Chinese in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- At least 3 - 5 years in Sale Logistics fields, working for foreign company is priority
- Priority is given to people with experience working in companies in the same industry.
- Ability to communicate well, agile, speak fluently, ability to present convincingly, create a good impression on listeners.
- Love business, enthusiastic, proactive, creative at work, persistent, determined to complete tasks.
- Know how to handle flexible and soft situations in the process of negotiating with customers.
- Ability to collaborate and share with teams, have good health, be honest at work, have a high responsibility
- Hardworking, willing to work under high pressure.
