TCM Assistant - Perennial Living
Responsibilities:
Patient Management:
- Greet and register patients upon arrival
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Provide information about services, procedures, and pricing
- Assist with patient inquiries and direct them to appropriate physicians
Clinic Maintenance:
- Manage inventory of TCM products
- Maintain a clean and organised clinic environment, ensuring that all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use
Treatment Support:
- Assist TCM physicians with various procedures
- Ensure that all clinical supplies are stocked and prepared for treatments
- Support physicians during therapies
- Monitor patient progress and note changes to inform physicians
Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent, preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in a clinic or healthcare setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service-oriented with a polite and professional demeanor
- Basic knowledge of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) is an advantage, though training will be provided
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
- Able to work 5.5 days
