Clinic Management
- Oversee the clinic operations of the assigned clinics such as staff scheduling and management, patient flow management, handling patient feedback and complaints, and supporting clinic administration
- Develop and implement patient-care policies and procedures together with other stakeholders and in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities and implement process improvements, streamlining workflows, and increase work efficiency
- Review existing policies, processes, guidelines and training program to ensure that our staff provides a good patient experience
- Manage a team of staff , which includes providing counselling, training and development and to improve their performance
