About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our food &beverage team as Team Members. In this role, you will contribute to creating a positive dining experience for our guests while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you'll be doing

• Provide excellent customer service during food and beverage operations.
• Take orders accurately and deliver food promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist in food preparation when required.
• Handle cash and POS transactions responsibly.
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels.
• Support colleagues during peak hours.
• Uphold brand standards and presentation.
• Report issues or customer feedback to managers.

What we’re looking for

• Prior relevant F&B or retail experience preferred but not required
• Basic food handling and hygiene knowledge
• Strong communication and customer service skill
• Able to handle English speaking customers
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Teamwork and adaptability
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Responsible, reliable, and dependable with a hands-on approach
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
