Technical Admin
Qualifications
- Enquiry Handling: Log customer enquiries and service requests in ERP/CRM under supervision.
- Job Order Support: Generate basic job orders and assist in preparing daily schedules.
- Documentation Support: Collect and file service reports, photos, and completion documents.
- Customer Contact: Follow up on sign-offs or clarifications with guidance.
- Data Maintenance: Update customer contact logs, records, and support tickets.
- Admin Assistance: Support filing, scanning, and handover pack preparation for projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Higher NITEC/Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field.
- Experience: 0–2 years of customer service, call centre, or admin experience.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of customer service processes.
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (training will be provided).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
