Technical Product Manager
You will lead the development of reusable platform components and services, combining product management and system analysis responsibilities. You will gather, validate, and document business requirements, describe and prepare solutions for development, and work with engineering to design robust, scalable implementations. You will own the product backlog, set priorities, maintain the roadmap, create and maintain product documentation, and define and analyze service metrics. You will proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure smooth development and continuous product quality improvement.
Responsibilities
- Participate in strategic planning and align dependencies to reach shared goals
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap including priorities and timelines
- Ensure transparency for stakeholders regarding plans and progress
- Own the product backlog and prioritize functionalities based on company goals
- Work closely with the development team and provide strategic vision, goals, and milestones
- Communicate the business value of solutions and ensure delivery of product increments
- Gather, validate, and document business requirements
- Describe and validate solutions and prepare them for development as a business/system analyst
- Ensure delivered solutions meet defined business requirements
- Create and maintain product documentation
- Define, create, and analyze service metrics
- Drive continuous improvement of product quality
- Identify and address problems proactively to ensure rapid problem resolution
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst, preferably in Fintech, Payments, Crypto or B2B domains
- 1+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and execute against the product roadmap
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering and business analysts
- Experience in improving processes and driving operational efficiency
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess system requirements and user workflows
- Strong documentation and requirements writing skills
- Experience with business analysis tools and knowledge of process modeling notations and architecture visualization such as BPMN, UML, C4
- Solid understanding of integration patterns and data formats
- Experience in data modeling
- English proficiency: B2–C1
