Technical Project Manager, Enterprise Technology Services

Working as part of the Business Operations team, the Business Analyst will help translate strategic priorities into disciplined financial and operational plans, support budgeting and forecasting practices, and continuously look for opportunities to simplify and strengthen how ETS operates. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in program management, finance operations, strategic planning, or business operations Strong financial acumen, including budget management, cost modeling, and procurement processes Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with experience managing large data sets Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, crafting materials that clarify priorities, surface risks, and enable timely decision-making Proven track record of building cross-functional relationships and driving alignment across competing priorities Comfortable operating in ambiguity and navigating complex, fast-moving environments Hands-on familiarity with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake and data visualization tools such as Tableau Preferred Qualifications Relentless focus on detail, accuracy, and quality Demonstrated experience using AI tools (such as workflow automation, AI assistants, or analytics platforms) to streamline operations and enhance productivity Strong business acumen, with the ability to synthesize complex data into insights and influence leaders Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving solutions Deep curiosity — unwilling to settle for easy or convenient answers, and driven to get to root cause
