Technical Recruiter
You will own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, source and engage passive candidates, and build and maintain candidate pipelines. You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, coordinate interviews, and provide clear hiring updates. You will use Greenhouse, Gem, and AI-supported sourcing tools to organize workflows and improve outreach.

- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles

- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Collaborate with recruiters to share pipeline insights and coordinate interviews
- Use Greenhouse, Gem, and AI-supported sourcing tools to track candidates and improve outreach
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience including technical roles
- Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and provide pipeline updates
- Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse and sourcing tools such as Gem
- Ability to manage multiple roles and adapt to changing hiring priorities
- Comfort using AI tools in recruiting workflows
