Job Summary

You will independently perform sales and service support functions for dispensing equipment, leveraging your mechanical engineering and manufacturing knowledge to support regional markets and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Apply mechanical engineering and manufacturing expertise to deliver effective sales and service support for dispensing equipment
• Utilize knowledge of factory automation, computer/IT systems, and PLC programming to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, enhancing customer satisfaction
• Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally to engage with clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment and successful outcomes
• Travel independently to support sales and service activities across regional markets, adapting to diverse customer needs and environments
• Manage sales processes and service support functions autonomously to meet business objectives and customer expectations
