Technical Service Manager

Manage and monitor maintenance and repair activities with service providers,

• Develop the hotel maintenance plan for the department by tracking administrative documents related to safety issues,
• Prepare reports and budget proposals for the department and present them to management,
• Conduct and monitor staff training sessions.

Graduates of university Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering programs,
• With 4 years of experience in a similar position,
• Well-versed in developments related to technical systems,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English,
• Strong communication skills,

• Embraces a customer-friendly service philosophy,
• Possesses leadership, motivation, and planning skills,
• Strong in planning, time management, and stress management,

Graduated from Tourism and Hotel Management departments of Higher Schools or Universities,
- 2 years of experience in a similar position,
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills,
- Able to use Ms Office programs,
- Always aiming to carry the quality of service forward,
- Strong in communication,
- Analytical thinking and negotiation skills,
- Adopting a friendly service approach,
- Results-oriented and visionary,
- Likes problem solving,
- Likes to work in a team,
- Have a class B driver's license and be able to drive an active vehicle,
- Working hours will be flexible,

- Completed military service for male candidates.
