TECHNICAL SERVICE MANAGER
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Service Manager to lead our technical service operations for medical equipment in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the service team, ensuring high service standards, supporting installation and maintenance of medical devices, and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the technical service team including service engineers and technicians
Oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medical equipment
Ensure timely response to customer service requests and technical issues
Support equipment installation, commissioning, and post-sales service
Work closely with sales and application teams to support customers and projects
Manage service KPIs, service reports, and performance monitoring
Oversee spare parts inventory and service resources
Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years experience in servicing medical equipment including imaging equipment
Prior team leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to work with hospitals and healthcare professionals
