Technical Support Engineer – Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in technical support, customer support, or a related technical role.
  3. Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking concepts, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  4. Familiarity with cloud platforms, SaaS products, APIs, and database systems is preferred.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  7. Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support and service.
  8. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and work under pressure.
  9. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.
  10. Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.
