Job Overview:
You'll join the Product Content team within Customer Experience (CX), where writers, designers, strategists, localization specialists, and project managers collaborate to create clear, personalized content. We work closely with UX, engineering, and product teams to deliver experiences that are intuitive, inclusive, and impactful. We thrive on curiosity, collaboration, and innovation, always keeping our users at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a curious, detail-driven Technical Writer to support our Digital Provider team--the driving force behind innovative products like EasyCare Tx 2 and ResScan Essentials. You've embraced AI to streamline workflows and elevate content quality, and you can tell stories about how you've made it work for you.
