Temp Administrative Assistant II 3-6 Month II $13.60 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30m – 6pm

Working Period: Immediate (3 - 6 Months)

Hourly Salary: $13.60 per hour


Responsibilities:

  • Handle correspondences via emails or hardcopy letters
  • Performing administrative duties such as data entry, filing and processing of records
  • Any other adhoc administrative duties as assigned


Requirements:

· Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level and above

· Proficient in English

· Possess initiative and positive attitude

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and has Good Excel Skills

· Must be able to commit for at least 3 Months and above
