Temp IT Support @ Tai Seng

ASAP to 3 months

Salary: $300 per day

2-3 days per week : 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities:

Provide support and administration for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, LS Retail, and POS systems.

Troubleshoot ERP, retail system, and IT infrastructure issues.

Manage servers, networks, cloud environments (Azure), and IT security.

Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades, maintenance, and new implementations.

Support ERP customization, reporting, and workflow improvements.

Assist with IT projects, digital transformation initiatives, and system documentation.

Prepare reports, data analysis, and provide administrative support as required.

Requirements:

Experience supporting ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or LS Retail.

Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud environments, and system security.

Experience in retail IT support and POS systems is an advantage.

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and vendor management skills.

Able to work independently and support multiple stakeholders.
