Trainee Store Manager
- Support the day-to-day operations of the store and assist in manpower planning to achieve operational and business goals
- Assist in leading, training, and motivating team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Support key administrative functions including inventory control, sales tracking, and basic reporting
- Participate in inventory audits to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize losses
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth store operations and execution of promotions
- Ensure compliance with product quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Assist in handling customer feedback and service recovery in a professional manner
- Maintain good knowledge of menu items and ensure consistent product presentation
- Support daily opening, closing, and shift operations
- Participate in a structured training program with progressive exposure to store management responsibilities
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in F&B or retail, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role
- Strong willingness to learn and grow into a Store Manager position
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and proactive mindset
