Training Analyst (Ref 26447)

Responsibilities

• As a Training Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Learning/Training Lead by designing, developing, and deploying training and performance support materials.

• You are expected to collaborate and be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.

• Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Design engaging and effective training materials that meet the needs of diverse learners with reference to Wave 1 training materials.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

• Utilize feedback from participants to continuously enhance training delivery.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma holder in any discipline

• Intermediate proficiency in Learning Content Development is required.

• Intermediate proficiency in Training Visual Design is recommended.

• Beginner proficiency in Training and Performance Support, Training Evaluation Strategy, and Training Needs Analysis is suggested.
