Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Deliver engaging theoretical and practical training aligned with CAAS standards.
- Lead flight demonstrations and practical assessments at training sites.
- Provide clear instruction on drone safety, flight planning, airspace classification, meteorology, and emergency procedures.
- Adapt training methods to suit individual learning styles and skill levels.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide detailed feedback and guidance.
- Assist in updating training materials and ensuring course content remains current with evolving drone regulations and technology.
- Maintain accurate student records, reports, and certification tracking.
- Assist Head of Training to ensure successful yearly renewal of UATO & UABTO statuses
- Explore and if capable, take on other training roles within the company.
Requirements
- Certified drone piloting licence - UAPL cert with no limitations category is preferable.
- Experience delivering structured drone training or relevant training is useful.
- Understanding of aviation law, safety protocols and regulations is useful.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varied conditions for practical sessions.
- Willing to work selected week nights and alternate weekends for training classes.
- Location: Shan Road
