TRAINING EXECUTIVE [PPA2-001-04]

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to building a strong and capable team by supporting learning and development initiatives
  • Plan and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and structured learning journeys
  • Work closely with leaders to identify team development needs and training gaps
  • Manage scheduling, venue arrangements (virtual and physical), and training materials
  • Track attendance, gather feedback, and monitor training effectiveness and performance outcomes
  • Create engaging training communications and learning content for participants
  • Support internal trainers and coordinate with external facilitators when required
  • Champion a continuous learning culture across the organisation
  • Develop strong organisational skills in a people-focused, collaborative environment
  • Contribute directly to team excellence and individual professional growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple training programmes simultaneously
  • High attention to detail to ensure training materials are accurate and effective
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply — training will be provided
