• Understand application requirements, features, and workflows by collaborating with application owners and developers.
• Plan, design, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and user experience.
• Develop and manage test plans, test cases, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
• Perform functional and exception testing to ensure systems operate according to specifications.
• Validate system enhancements and modifications prior to implementation.
• Identify, document, track, and report defects, working closely with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Prepare clear and comprehensive test documentation and reports.
• Coordinate and facilitate test activities to ensure successful project delivery.
