UK Market Lead

You will own product readiness and the user experience in the United Kingdom, proactively test the app to surface bugs and UX friction, and relay actionable insights to engineering. You will lead local market development by engaging the crypto ecosystem, representing the company at events and meetups, and localizing marketing. You will build growth channels and partnerships with fintechs, banks, payment platforms, affiliates and influencers to drive acquisition and trust. You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, legal, product, compliance and engineering, ensure accurate market data, monitor KPIs to inform iteration, escalate market risks and opportunities, and represent the company in business and community forums.

Responsibilities

• Own the user experience in the local market
• Test the app to surface bugs, friction points, and UX gaps and relay insights to engineering
• Influence product positioning and feature prioritization with local user knowledge
• Immerse in the local crypto ecosystem and regulatory landscape
• Increase brand visibility through podcasts, meetups, and industry panels
• Attend and host weekly crypto meetups
• Localize marketing initiatives to regional user behavior and culture
• Establish partnerships with fintechs, banks, payment platforms, influencers, affiliates, and community leaders
• Cultivate relationships that drive acquisition and brand trust
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, legal, product, compliance, and engineering
• Ensure accurate data collection and market-specific performance measurement
• Monitor KPIs and use data to inform iteration and growth decisions
• Raise market-specific obstacles and opportunities to executive leadership
• Represent the company in business and community forums

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 5 years in business development, strategy, operations, or general management
• Experience in digital financial products, fintech, or technology-driven sectors
• Previous experience in crypto or fintech highly desirable
• Ability to work flexibly across time zones and market conditions
• Willingness to travel to lead on-the-ground efforts and build local relationships
