【Overview of "Business Systems & IT"】
The mission of Business Systems & IT Department is to define the "ideal" form of business from the customer's perspective and to lead and realize business innovation using the latest IT technologies.
We are proceeding the transformations in store, EC, IT infrastructure, automation and headquarter functions by resolving issues and collaborating with IT teams in global headquarter.
We aim to provide smart purchasing experience to customers and comfortable in-store operation to the staff members through the following activities:
・Introducing the next generation checkout service/system
・Introducing next generation store systems (automation of store operations etc)
・Building up and introducing new store-EC unified services
・Supporting and maintaining the environment where all store and headquarter members can work comfortably with the latest IT devices.
【Responsibilities】
・Project design and driving to achieve the business transformation(overall managements of stakeholder communication, schedule, cost, resource, risk, etc, and taking leadership beyond departments)
・Business and system requirement definition, test, training, deployment, operation support and entrenching.
・Identifying and reifying the business transformation theme by involving the actual PICs in business areas and the management team.
・Operation support based on the voices of customers and stores.
・Operation, maintenance and improvement of store services/systems.
・Management and collaboration with our business partners.
・Purchasing, introducing and managing IT devices.
