*URGENT* Office Receptionist - MNC, 5 Days office hours #HXY

  • Support our front desk and office administration operations.

  • Answering and transferring calls, greeting and assisting visitors, managing incoming mail and deliveries,

  • Coordinating visitor registration, supporting meeting room and despatch arrangements, assisting with office events, and handling general reception duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any courses or above

  • Minimum 1 year of receptionist experience in MNC environment

  • Able to start immediate or within short notice
