Valet Supervisor
- Ensures employees and guests are safe at all times.
- If needed - operates vehicles in a safe manner to minimize the potential for accidents.
- Oversee the tracking of keys and vehicles throughout the garage.
- Ensures all team members are providing exceptional guest experiences to every guest by smiling at, greeting and helping every guest as they enter the garage.
- Maintains garage organization.
- Sets the tone for the workplace by keeping an upbeat attitude.
- Must be enthusiastic about the job, creating a positive environment for the team members and customers to enjoy.
- Helps team members to remember to always use approved language choices.
- Communicate with other co-workers to inform each other of the organizational plan constructed when the shift is over.
- Must set an example by looking sharp at all times and helping employees understand how to successfully adhere to Caesars Virginia uniform guidelines.
- Oversee team members to keep a professional work area.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Requires seldom sitting, kneeling, lifting/carrying of 51-100 lbs.; occasional bending, reaching, and crouching
- Copying & writing of numbers
- Eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity as well as the ability to distinguish letters, symbols and currency
- Work area is subject to variable temperatures.
- HS diploma or GED.
- Casino/Hotel experience preferred.
- Experience within an upscale hotel preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Bell Attendant, Valet or related position is preferred.
- Minimum, of two (2) years’ experience as a supervisor or related position.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must have schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, holiday shifts and overtime, as needed.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
- 5 years of safe driving experience in vehicle.
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
