Vendor Coordinator
Vendor Coordinator needs 7+ years of prior professional document or project controls
Vendor Coordinator requires:
- Bachelor?s degree in related field, such as Management Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Science
- Document management, system administration, data governance
- Client hardware capture device (scanners, tablets, input and other capture devices) experience is preferred
- Experience
with remote server and application support tools & techniques is
required (Remote Desktop, WebEx, GoTo Meeting, etc?.) - Demonstrated level of comfort with technology; word processing, spreadsheet, and database software preferred
- Strong administration, project management skills.
Vendor Coordinator duties:
- Support
multiple project teams engaged in the design, fabrication,
construction, and integration of real estate with document management - Manage the risk associated with changes to project teams and phase of project work by controlling access and permissions
- Provide strategic advisement on document standards and procedures to the client
- Prepares reporting that provides client with insight into adherence to document control standards
