VP of Product, Stablecoin Issuance

You will scale and operationalize regulated stablecoin issuance by partnering directly with major banks and ecosystem partners. You will translate regulatory and technical constraints into deployable product requirements and define issuance primitives across onboarding, mint/burn, controls, reporting, and integrations. You will lead cross-functional programs with compliance, finance, treasury, operations, audit, and engineering to maintain institutional-grade controls while improving time-to-implement. You will prioritize features, scope problems, and co-create solutions with engineering while influencing senior partners and internal stakeholders to achieve launch readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with major U.S. banks to design and implement stablecoin solutions for treasury, settlement, and client offerings
  • Build and strengthen partner ecosystems with exchanges, card networks, payment companies, foreign banks, and asset managers
  • Maintain institutional-grade compliance, controls, and auditability across issuance operations
  • Lead cross-functional programs across compliance, regulatory, finance, treasury, operations, audit, business development, and engineering
  • Define product strategy, primitives, and roadmap for onboarding, mint/burn, controls, reporting, attestations, and integrations
  • Translate complex regulatory and technical constraints into clear product requirements and partner-ready implementations
  • Prioritize and scope core product features with engineering to enable scalable issuance and faster time-to-implement
  • Influence senior bank executives and internal leaders through clear narratives, tradeoff framing, and execution clarity

Requirements

  • Experience shipping complex fintech, payments, or banking products with partner and regulatory dependencies
  • Proven ability to run end-to-end cross-functional programs in regulated environments (risk, controls, audit, policy, compliance)
  • Strong stakeholder management with executive-level customers, partners, and technical counterparts
  • Experience navigating banking-grade governance, auditability expectations, and risk management practices
  • Ability to translate regulatory and technical constraints into product requirements and implementations
  • Bias for ownership and execution in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
