Waiter/Waitress
Responsibilities
- Greet the guests and take orders
- Deliver food & beverage items according to hotel’s standards and procedures
- Assist in restaurant preparation
- Responsible for setting tables and cleanliness of equipment
- Ensure high level of guest satisfaction by being attentive to guests’ needs and respond timely throughout the dining experience
Requirements
- Possess relevant experience in the hotel or hospitality industry
- Pleasant and a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome
