Level 2/3 support;
Ticket resolution;
Incident Management;
Hardware and software support; and
Problem management including diagnosis and resolution of complex issues.

The successful applicant must have demonstrated experience in:


Microsoft Server 2003/2008/2012;
Active Directory;
Microsoft Exchange 2010;
Hyper-V;
SharePoint 2010/2013;
VMWare; and
Citrix
