Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant

· Lead end-to-end implementationsof Workday Adaptive Planning (workforce, financials, capital, and reporting).
· Partner with finance andbusiness stakeholders to define planning, forecasting, and modelingrequirements.
· Design complex financialmodels, assumptions, versions, and driver-based planning frameworks.
· Build and optimize sheets,levels, dimensions, and dashboards.
· Develop integrations betweenWorkday Adaptive Planning and source ERPs (Workday Financials, SAP, Oracle,etc.).
· Support UAT, go-live, andpost-production stabilization.
· Provide thought leadership onplanning best practices and performance management transformation.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance,Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
· 3–8 years of experience inFP&A, EPM, or financial systems consulting.
· Hands-on experience withWorkday Adaptive Planning implementations.
· Strong understanding ofbudgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
· Experience working with financestakeholders and senior leadership.
