Workday Integration Consultant
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Workday integration development and full lifecycle implementations.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and custom reporting (Calculated Fields).
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST web services.
- Certification: Active Workday Integration Certification is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of Workday Functional areas: HCM, Payroll, or Financials.
- Experience with middleware technologies.
